Union Pole is proud to release the second album by free jazz duo Snail Meets West featuring Dan West on piano and Azalia Snail on drums. Inspired by Ornette Coleman, Albert Ayler, and Alice Coltrane (amongst other inventive improv performers,) these spontaneously created pieces were recorded at TomorrowLab Studios (Brian Wilson, Frieda’s Roses, LoveyDove) and mixed by Dan West at Victory Way.
